Grants

The ESRA Research Grant Fund awards up to US $10,000 per year to support basic scientific and clinical research in the fields of local anaesthetic pharmacology, surgery, obstetrics and pain management. The fund has been established in partnership with AstraZeneca in order to encourage research in those areas.

Application for the research grant is limited to anesthesiologists currently in training or within 3 years of completion of their training and must be primary researchers. Applicants must be members of ESRA to qualify.
