About ESRA

Advancing Regional Anaesthesia in Europe

ESRA was founded in 1980 and has since become the leading European association involved in improving and standardizing the level of Regional Anaesthesia in Europe.
ESRA’s membership numbers over 2000 and is comprised of the leading anaesthesia specialists in Europe from countries spanning east and west.

The Board of ESRA plans to expand membership in Europe in line with its aim of improving and standardizing the level of Regional Anaesthesia throughout Europe and subsequently works consistently to organize interesting meetings and workshops with a focus on advancing the scientific needs of the chosen area.
